Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and VoteHer (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using VoteHer (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & age policy

The following is a product policy and not a statement of any universal legal rule; local requirements may be stricter and take precedence.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and participate in voting and games.
• You must be at least 18 years old to claim a creator profile, to take part in any rewards flow, and to enter or run any promotion.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

VoteHer is strictly safe-for-work. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit content that is sexually explicit, that harasses or defames another person, that impersonates someone, that depicts a minor inappropriately, or that is otherwise unlawful. You agree not to manipulate votes, operate bots, run multiple accounts to influence rankings, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation. 4. Community rankings disclaimer

All leaderboards, scores, and rankings on VoteHer are community rankings: they reflect votes cast by the VoteHercommunity and nothing more. They are not official platform charts, are not a measure of anyone’s standing on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, or any other service, and are not endorsed by or affiliated with those services. Rankings are provided for entertainment and discovery only.

5. Creator-managed rewards

Any giveaway, reward, or prize that appears on a creator’s page is offered and administered solely by that creator. VoteHer is not the sponsor, seller, fulfiller, or shipper of any such reward unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. The creator is solely responsible for eligibility rules, the prize itself, delivery, applicable taxes, communication with participants, and compliance with all applicable promotion, advertising, consumer- protection, and privacy laws in each relevant jurisdiction.

Where a creator runs a promotion, no purchase is necessary unless explicitly permitted by local law and disclosed in official rules; where required, a free alternative method of entry will be shown with equal prominence. Promotions are void where prohibited.

6. Points and tickets are not money

Points, tickets, streaks, and similar in-product items have no monetary value. They are not currency, are not redeemable for cash or goods, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and may be adjusted, expired, or reset at our discretion — for example to correct abuse. They exist only to make voting and games more fun. VoteHer does not award cash prizes.

7. Intellectual property

The VoteHer name, logo, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Creator names, images, and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and discovery. If you believe content on VoteHer infringes your copyright, see our Copyright / DMCA policy. If you are featured and want a correction or removal, use the rights request flow.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rankings are accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoteHer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
