Community Guidelines
Last updated: 14 June 2026
VoteHer exists to celebrate creators and help people discover them. These guidelines keep it that way: safe-for-work, creator-first, and aspirational. They apply to everyone and complement our Terms of Service.
Safe-for-work, always
VoteHer is strictly SFW. Sexually explicit imagery or text, nudity, and adult content are not allowed anywhere on the Service. We celebrate talent, personality, and momentum — never anything explicit.
Respect creators and each other
The following are not tolerated:
- Harassment or hate — targeted abuse, threats, or demeaning content aimed at any person or group.
- Doxxing — publishing private or identifying information about someone without their consent.
- Impersonation — pretending to be a creator, brand, or person you are not.
- Non-consensual imagery — posting images of someone who has not consented to appear on VoteHer.
- Minors — content depicting or sexualizing minors is strictly prohibited and reported where required by law.
Keep rankings honest
Rankings only mean something when votes are real. Do not:
- manipulate votes or inflate scores by any means;
- use bots, scripts, or automated tools to vote or interact;
- create or coordinate multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to influence rankings;
- exploit bugs to gain points, tickets, or position.
We may invalidate votes, reset balances, or restrict accounts to protect the integrity of the board.
Reporting and moderation
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it through the rights request flow (choose “privacy”, “removal”, or “other” as appropriate). We operate a three-tier moderation process:
- Tier 1 — automated checks. Filters and anti-abuse systems catch obvious violations and suspicious voting patterns automatically.
- Tier 2 — human review. Reports and flagged items are assessed by our moderation team against these guidelines. Content may have its visibility restricted while under review.
- Tier 3 — escalation & appeal. Complex or disputed cases are escalated to senior review, and affected users are notified and may respond. Decisions can be appealed.
Your claim and removal rights
If you are featured on VoteHer, or you are an authorized representative of someone who is, you can claim, correct, or request removal of a profile at any time. Start from the claim, correct or remove a profile page. For copyright matters specifically, see our Copyright / DMCA policy.
